Hey Guys,
I just wanted you to know that you are one of the fondest memories of my wedding this last summer. My wife and I were strolling through Downtown Disney after a grueling wedding week and 19 hour drive when we walked past you playing. The sun set as we sat nearby and listened to you play “Age Old Refrain”. I have no idea what we purchased that week, but I do remember happily giving $10 to an artist in appreciation of some fantastic music.
They say that music helps cement memories, and we will forever think of our sunset honeymoon walk at Disneyland whenever we hear that song. I look forward to the day we’ve finished paying off our honeymoon and can buy all your albums.
Thanks for everything,
Kevin & Erin
That was beautifully descriptive, thank you for sharing. Your support means more than you know. Blessings to your new union.
i bought your first album from you just outside disneyland 2 weeks ago. love you music! especially ‘long ride’ and ‘intangible’ where can i buy the rest of your albums? does amoeba music sell your cds?
amoeba may carry some of our used stuff, but new cds can only be purchased at live shows and online.
visit the cello rock records online store
just saw your performance in roppongi, was a great surprise. hope the rest of your tour is successful!
cheers,
emile
thanks emile! japan was life-changing. we’re coming back in march 2011. hope to see you again!
Your music has inspired me so much. It got me singing again, I’ve always been afraid to sing in front of people, but after listening to your songs and singing along to them around the house, it gave me the inspiration. I love your music so much!
I hope I get to see your shows sometime, somewhere, down the road when I finally move back to California. I can’t wait!
Thanks for everything, cheers.
Megan.
Megan, thanks so much for sharing. It is really humbling to think that our music has inspired you to sing in front of others. This really made our day.
Yes, please come to a show some time! It would be great to meet you!
Hey guys,
In 2007, I was on vacation in LA and came across you guys playing on the Promenade in Santa Monica. I bought your album Vienna to Venice and it was in my car’s cd player for the rest of my senior year in high school. Now, I’m in my final year of college at Pepperdine and every time I go to the Promenade, part of me hopes you’ll be playing there again. A few days ago, I came back home to Texas for Christmas break and found your cd in my room and decided to see what you guys were up to. I would love to share your music with my friends. Will you be playing any shows in LA anytime soon? Please let me know. Keep up the good work.
Cheers,
Adrian

What song is this? it’s killing me not knowing!
Hey! It’s “boys of summer” by Don Henley.
Hi Guys!
I just wanted to say your music and lyrics have touched me so deeply. I can’t wait to see you guys at Downtown Disney every night I work, and I hope to catch your shows at other venues as well! Thank you for the memories; the dreams; and the love I feel by your music.
Forever Enthralled,
Brian D.
Thanks Brian, glad to have made the work experience better.
My husband and I were on a Disneyland date Monday (we’ve been married 26 years!) and heard you play outside of the UVA bar/ House of Blues. We bought a CD. What times are you playing at Downtown Disney on Fri and Sat Oct 2011?
Hey! Thanks for listening. All of our Disney dates are from 6-10pm.
Luv u guys:)
=)
I am so glad to have been able to see you guys play and grab one of your CDs. Your music is beautiful, can’t wait to take a piece of you home with me to share with everyone!
Sharing is caring! Thanks for being awesome Leah!!!
I saw you guys play earlier tonight at Downtown Disney, and I just wanted to let you know how great you were. You have a unique and lovely sound, and your music really touched me, particularly your song “New York”. (Don’t tell anyone, but it actually made me tear up a little!) This week hasn’t been the easiest or greatest for me, but hearing the two of you play was like seeing the first rays of sun breaking through the clouds after a storm. If I’d had cash on me at the time, I would’ve bought a cd; I’ll for sure grab one online instead. Thanks again for bringing me some much needed sunshine tonight.
Kelle
P.S. That was a fab cover of “Boys of Summer
I heard you guys play in Downtown Disney a few nights back and you were amazing. I was wondering the name of a song you played, I think you may have said it was a new one. I just remember the lyrics saying something about destiny and blowing wind I think. What song is it?
Hey Kailie…It’s called “The Lonely Wind”. Pretty new…so its not recorded yet!
What Songs did you guys play at downtown disney today? I really enjoyed them
